This is our 3rd year participating in this amazing event. It was a source of comfort when we walked a month before CJ was born, and a source of joy as we were able to celebrate CJ's "first steps" with the First Steppers last year.  Please join us to celebrate the first year CJ will be able to take her own steps in this walk!

When we received our prenatal diagnosis at 12 weeks pregnant, it was Mac Macsovits who answered my call to the Rocky Mountain Down Syndrome Association (RMDSA).  He, Meg Reynolds, and the RMDSA team provided us with the much needed information we needed to prepare us to welcome our daughter.  We will always remember the comfort and assurance we received in that telephone call, throughout our pregnancy, at her birth and continue to receive today.  We are so grateful to RMDSA.

RMDSA helps to promote acceptance of all people with Down syndrome.  When a family first receives the diagnosis of Down syndrome, RMDSA is there to provide support, resources, encouragement and hope. Help us give back to an organization that helped us through a difficult time and continues to provide valuable resources for CJ and other people with Down syndrome.
