Hi everyone!
It's hard to believe but I'm already 5 years old and I just started Kindergarten! I'm so excited to be going to school and riding the big bus! My biggest accomplishments this year are that I'm potty-trained and becoming so independent! I've kept very busy with soccer, Special Olympics swimming and dance class. I love to "read" books and my favorite movie is still "Happy Feet!" I love playing with my little brother, Bennett, and we keep mom and dad on their toes!
I would love it if you would join my team, Stepping Out With Amelia, and walk with us at the annual walk to help raise money for Mile High Down Syndrome Association. The walk is located at City Park in Denver on Sunday, Sept. 25th. If you can't make the walk, please feel free to register as a virtual walker or make a donation.
Thank you to all of my family and friends for all of the love and support you give to me and my parents!
Love, Amelia
Join us for a fun-filled day benefiting a great cause! Mile High Down Syndrome Association (MHDSA) needs our help to promote acceptance of all people with Down syndrome and raise much needed funds for their vital programs.
When a family first receives the diagnosis of Down syndrome, MHDSA is there to provide support, resources, encouragement and hope. Help us give back to an organization that helped us through a difficult time and continues to provide valuable resources for our loved one with Down syndrome.
Can't make it to the walk? Register as a virtual walker!
